Haley and Andrea. I think your getting being physically fit is one of the MOST important aspects of ones life. With out your health what do we really have?
I think kids could do a lot more exersise. Like for example if they didn't enjoy running very much they could ride bikes or skateboard instead! But also another way would be to eat heathier food then they uselly eat. But they don't have to be super haethy I mean you have to treat yourself someimes too! You could have a strawberry with chocolate or sugar on it instaed of just plain. That way you are still eating heathy but you are treating yourself too! The last reason is that you can use technology but use it in a productive way. Not to just sit around playing games. But of course you can still play games sometimes just not all the time everyday!
