5B Healthy Habits Challenge

I have learned that you don't need pop every day.I have also learned that you should eat fruit instead of candy bars. I would like to carry this habit for the rest of this year.

I have learned that you feel better if you don't drink pop every day! And it is better to drink water.Can't wait for P.E.

I have learned that it is not that hard to eat a healthy meal at home. I dont need to have fast food once or twice a week. Over the last 4 weeks we have only eaten out once or twice. Instead we have eaten healthy food.

I have learned that you don't need video games every day. I have also learned that instead of video games you should get active with friends or family. I hope my family and I can keep this up for a long time.

I have learned that eating and drinking healthy is good for your body and i also learned that everybody should exercise and then we would all have more energy and feel better.

I think that the challenge is a good way to have fun and get excrise. i would like to do this after we r done and do it till i do it every day. Erin

Mr.Morrow I haved learned that if you don't eat out a lot you will get skinner because of the grease in the food. I have also learned that if you eat more fruits and vegetables it keeps you healther. When you excrise it helps your muscles. My project is going great I think this is a great project to choose. Can't wait until next P.E day

I have learned that its not hard to exercise a lot. And its not herd eating healthy food I would like to keep eating healthy and exercising a lot for a very very very very very very long time!

I have leaned that playing DS to much is bad for you. That exersice is good for you and eating heathy.That also I need to go outside and exersice.

I have learned that brushing and flossing twice a day instead of once. Also it makes your gums lighter adn your teeth white.
